Some advice before you start

Step 1
Before disassembling the dock connector of your iPhone 7 Plus, you have to securely turn it off.
Maintain the power button on the top for a few seconds.
Then slide to the right to "power off" button in red.
Step 2
Use the pentalobe screwdriver included in the Standard tool kit to remove the two screws on the bottom part of the iPhone.
Those screws are on each side of the dock connector.
Those screws maintain the bottom part of the front panel to the rear panel.
With a hairdryer, heat up the edges as shown on picture 3.
This is soften the seal between the two panels.
Step 3
Then put the suction cups as near as possible to the home button.
Pull the cup enough to let a gap appear.
Put an opening pick between the display and rear case.
Step 4
Then slide the opening pick to the left.
Let the first pick on the bottom part of the screen and insert a second pick that you'll slide to the top of the screen.
Once it's done, you can remove both picks.
Step 5
Start again on the right side.
Careful when sliding the pick because the screen connection cable are on this side.
Step 6
Remove the pick.
Then pull the suction cup as if you were opening a book.
Be gently with this step in order not to damage the screen cable !
Step 7
Use the Triwing screwdriver, to remove the seven screws circled in red on the picture.
Those screws hold the screen connector bracket plates.
Step 8
With a spudger, remove the first metal bracket.
Step 9
Then remove the second bracket with the spudger.
Step 10
And disconnect the screen first cable.
Step 11
Continue by disconnecting the screen second cable with a spudger.
Step 12
Then, disconnect the proximity sensor/earpiece speaker cable.
The display assembly of your iPhone 7 Plus is now disassembled.
Step 13
Disconnect the battery by lifting the connector from the logic board.
Step 14
With a cruciform screwdriver, remove the two screws holding the cable bracket.
Step 15
Use a pair of tweezers to remove the bracket.
Step 16
With a cruciform screwdriver, remove the six screws circled in red.
Step 17
Use a pair of tweezers to hide the back camera bracket.
Then remove it.
Step 18
Gently disconnect the cable circled in red with the spudger.
To disconnect the cables, follow Step 11 of this guide.
Step 19
Still with the nylon spudger, disconnect the two superior cables.
Step 20
Use the spudger's tip to unlock the two GSM antennas.
Step 21
Continue by disconnecting the WiFi cable.
Step 22
Remove the screw circled in red with a flat head screwdriver.
Step 23
With the nylon spudger, gently lift the logic board and remove it.
The logic board of your iPhone 7 Plus is now disassembled.
Step 24
Remove the 13 screws circled in red with a cruciform screwdriver.
Those screws hold the speaker, vibrator and dock connector.
Step 25
Use a pair of tweezers and remove the plastic bracket.
Step 26
Use the nylon spudger to disconnect the vibrator cable.
Step 27
Then lift the vibrator.
Remove it.
Step 28
Slide the spudger as shown on the pictures and remove the speaker from its socket.
Remove it.
Step 29
Use a cruciform screwdriver to remove the two screw circled in red.
Those screws hold the dock connector.
Step 30
Slide the spudger to peel off the top part of the dock connector.
Step 31
With a iSesamo, peel off the right microphone.
Step 32
Still with the iSesamo, peel off the left microphone.
Step 33
Slightly push the plastic bracket with the iSesamo and remove it with tweezers.
Step 34
Use a spudger to peel off the left part of the dock connector onto the rear panel.
Then lift the bottom part of the rear panel.
Step 35
Entirely remove the dock connector.
Remove it from the iPhone.
Step 36
The dock connector is now removed from your iPhone 7 Plus .
You can replace it by a new one.
